Monks in a Monastery located in Oka create a creamy, full flavoured Oka Trappist cheese. Amazing bries and cheddars made by the silent order of Monks from the St. Benôit du Lac Monastery. Add home-made jams and jellies, fruit, fruit juices, herbal and regular teas and coffee.	Full gourmet breakfast served every morning. A set Hot, Main Dish will be posted the night before.
