Now the small print. We need a minimum of 4 people to actually book the weekend. If the reservations fall below the 4 people, then the weekend will be cancelled. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel two weeks before the weekend, then a refund will be made, less a $30 cancellation fee. We will notify you two weeks before the weekend if it will continue and if we have made our minimum quantity of guests. If we cancel the weekend, then your deposit will be refunded. |

The fabulous view from the comfort of glassed-in decks sets the stage for a very special evening. Savoir three-course Grill & Lobster table d'hôte (ranging in price of $28 - $45 per person) as you glide past the ever-changing skyline. But first, enjoy a refreshing cocktail on deck. The Chef has prepared just for you a meal worthy of the Captain's Table: fresh salmon fillet, lobster in creamy garlic sauce, royal quail with game stuffing, fillet mignon or brochettes, not to mention the chef's delight, always a favourite for dessert!! We have left the choice of dinner up to you. AML Cruises offers a wonderful array of different table d'hote. What is a Table d'hôte you ask? This is a 3 or 4 course dinner which includes your Appetizer, soup or salad, main entrée, desert, and coffee/tea. All for one low price per person. In Montreal, these usually consist of the restaurant's specialty dish.
